Electronic Paper Submission Guide

1. Please use one column format (the published paper will be in two-column format) and PDF to submit the paper.

2. Please go to the following URL (http://ijee.ntu.edu.tw/ijee/) to register and submit the paper.

3. New author registration :

Please click the “Author Registration” button and fill in all fields accurately, except the optional (*) ones.

When you are finished, please click the “Submit” button.

4. You will go to the “Confirm User Information” page. If there is no problem, please click the “Submit” button.

5. Please proceed to the “Confirmation” page, and the system will automatically issue your Login ID and Password. Please go to the login page (Step 2) again to submit your paper using the issued Login ID and Password.

6. After you login, you will go to the “Author Menu” page.

7. Please click the “New Submission” and select either “Regular Issue” or ”CONFERENCE Special Issue”.

8. The “Information for Authors” is provided on the web site, and all the authors should follow the guidance there.
